The words closest to the beginning are considered the most valuable. Move your brand to the end of the title tag instead. In most cases your brand is less important to the readers than the content of the page.
You also want your title tag to match your page’s top headline. Try to be exact or as close as possible. This will help searchers know they landed on the right page rather than feeling they were mislead or tricked to visit your website.
